How to Order

How to Order

We have designed the ordering process to be as simple and easy for you as possible, just follow the steps below.

·     Select the package that best suits your training requirement  and computer needs

·     Ensure the amount of the net reduction is an acceptable reduction to your take-home pay

·     Upon completion of the ‘checkout’ section a ‘Training Subscription Agreement’ (TSA) will be generated with the details of your order as a PDF document

·     Print the PDF document generated during the checkout (you will also be emailed a copy of this document)

·     Sign the printed TSA, keeping a copy for your own records (this TSA constitutes an amendment to the T&Cs of contract with your employer)

·     Deliver the TSA to your payroll department for approval and employer sign-off

·    You will be notified by email at all stages of order receipt, approval, processing and to advise you of delivery date. You are able to check the status of your order by logging into the ‘my account’ section of the website at any time

You will normally see the reductions from your salary being made from the pay date immediately following delivery of the training package and computer equipment.  Due to the administrative burden placed on your payroll department please be aware that the reductions may in some cases not begin in the month immediately following the receipt of your computer.

If you have any questions regards the start date, end date, or reductions to your salary, please contact your payroll/HR department as Accentuate Training Ltd do not have access to any of your employer’s payroll information.
