Please Note: You will be eligible to download ONE copy of MS OFFICE for installation on the PC supplied as part of the EPCIS scheme - Please do not attempt to download it before you receive your PC. iPad customers are not eligible for the MS Office software.
EPCIS and your Employer supply Microsoft® OFFICE 2010 via download from the Microsoft® Home User Program.
Your program code is 9C7D7D8370. Please ensure that you download the correct version for your operating system, by default the shopping basket will have MS Office for Windows. To download MS Office for Mac you will need to click the appropriate link at the bottom left of the checkout page stating MS Office for Mac.
1. Visit http://www.microsofthup.com/hupuk
2. Enter your Work email address and the program code. You will then receive an email to that address with a link allowing access to the store.
3. Click the link in the email, and once in the store, you will be able to retrieve your license key and Download the Microsoft® OFFICE 2010 software, as well as purchase additional products or back up media if you so choose.
Remember, your Microsoft® OFFICE 2010 has already been paid for; the additional services are not paid for, so if you do not choose to have backup media then you should not be asked to pay anything if you use the program code above.
If you do not have a work email address, please email support@epcis.co.uk with your alternative email address, and we will allow this address access to the store. The council has pre-approved all official work email addresses, so please try this first if you have a work email address.
If you have a preinstalled version of Microsoft® OFFICE 2010 which is not Microsoft® Office Professional Plus 2010, then you may be advised to uninstall that version after downloading, but before installing this new version.
