In the event of you receiving a manufacturers specific warranty pack with your computer, you must first register your computer with that manufacturer online, as this will make getting support much easier should your computer develop a fault.

In the event of you receiving a JTRS warranty (This will be sent to you separately in the post with your details of cover specific to your computer / iPad - Please keep in a safe place) all you need to do is call 01XXX XXXXXXX. Please have your serial number to hand as you will be asked for this when you call to validate your warranty.
